PROPERTIES FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RATES

Local Government Act 1995 Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1996

Notice pursuant to Schedule 6.3 of the Local Government Act 1995 of sale of land for non-payment of outstanding rates or service charges.

Notice is hereby given that, under section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, as rates/service charges have been owing for a period of at least 3 years, the Shire of Merredin is to offer for sale by public auction at Cummins Theatre - Tivoli Room on the 18th day of March 2025 at 12pm, the land described in the attachments.

PLEASE NOTE: AUCTION PROCEDURE

The Auctions will be held in the TIVOLI ROOM at CUMMINS THEATRE at 12pm sharp on the 18th of March 2025.

Doors will be open from 11.00am to register to bid.

You will need your Driver’s License to register.

If you are the successful buyer - you will need to pay a 10% deposit on the day – EFTPOS will be available.

You can not be subject to finance or any other condition. You must have the cash ready to settle in 4 weeks.

You will need to know which settlement agent you would like to use prior to the auction.

IF a reserve is set it will NOT be disclosed.
