Event Trailer Hire

Did you know that the Shire of Merredin has an events trailer that the community can hire? 

The trailer contains: 

  • 107 plastic white chairs
  • 5 folding long trestle tables
  • 11 long trestle tables
  • 3 marquees 4m x 4m 
  • 1 marquee 3m x 3m
  • 2 marquees 4m x 6m
  • Flag pole and ground fittings (to be requested prior to trailer hire)
  • 1 BBQ (to be requested prior to trailer hire)
  • Event Kits (to be requested prior to trailer hire)

It is perfect for larger events such as fundraisers, weddings, or community barbecues. 

The hire fee is $62.50 per day with a $200 bond.
