The community is reminded that we are currently in a Restricted Burning period (to 30 April 2020). Burning may take place only where a permit has been issued.
There will be no permits issued for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Easter.
The Shire recognises that the current restrictions on movement as a result of COVID-19 have many people focused on yard clean-ups and encourages the use of its green waste services at the Merredin Landfill.
